However, 25 years ago I had a toy expert look at this and was told it was a Harris. I however will stand by “I really can not say for sure”.     Kenton, Harris? Cast Iron Floor Train Locomotive ca. 1903. Appears to have been repainted (NOT BY ME). I can not find any markings on the item. However, 25 years ago I had a toy expert look at this and was told it was a Harris.
