Once a sewing part has been inspected, tested and cleaned it gets shrinked wrapped
or put in plastic baggies to protect it from dust until the day it sells. The item will be as clean as the
day it was listed
Condition note on some older parts:
( Many older steel parts may have some surface rust in which
most surface rust can be cleaned off with a mild abrasive cleaner.
